if it didn´t work, try again and again and again... until..

Well, finally after spending 3 hourse here on a saturday night, I managed to put to work the "E-payments" module that I´m going to use for my thesis.... I was given this tutorial on how to configure this thing, but they specified everything but one very important thing.., the impersonation in asp.net. Now it´s working flawlessly with the test account that I was given.. I can´t wait to get my merchant id and start selling on the web.., that´s gonna be awesome !!!

Chop - Chop !!

Finally the weekend comes...

Well, finally the weekend..
YEsterday party at work beacause of the "Amor y Amistad" day..., did had a good time..., and something very funny did hapen to me.., I'll post the pic´s later on....., it was just sooooo funny, because usually I go to work and I bring my own lunch in a Bob Sponja "Lonchera" (Don´t know the word in english for it, but in case that you don´t know what a lonchera is, it is the case where the kids bring lunch everyday to school)..., so yesterday I went to buy some energetic´s drinks at 3:30 with pica because we were sooo tired.., when I arrove I didn´t see my Lonchera, and somebody told me that nacho took it.., so I went to his office and took his mobile as a hostage (He didn´t realize that I took it until very late)..., a couple of minutes later an email was sent to all the company saying that my lonchera was kidnaped, of course, the idea of this email was to shown to everybody on the company that I was carrying a kid´s lonchera everyday..., that was funny tough.. Later on, at 11:30 on the middle of the party my lonchera appeared, so a lot of people was laughing at me..., however it was funny.

That´s all for know.., right now I'm going to watch a movie and eat pop-corns with my mom.

Time has passed..

Well, a lot of time has passed since my last post.
I received my passport 2 days ago, now with a brand new multiple B1/B2 entrey visa for USA., cool.

University it´s ok, studying quite a bit, la caja del amor is also ok, I bought the domain on tuesday (www.lacajadelamor.com), also got response from Todo 1 to put their virtual pay button, so everything these days is on track.., some problems at home I hope we can fix that as soon as possible.

Yesterday I received 10,000 paintballs, I started selling them today and I´ve sold 3,500 already, in case your´re interested the price is $70 each.
I also was looking for machinery to produce this things, but it looks sooo expensive (US 100,000 aproximately).., anyway i´ll continue searching..

Yesterday met with a girl from Minessota called Angela, she´s a friend of a friend that´s living in Bogota who´s moving soon to Medellin. We went for a beer and after that directly home, I was sooo tired.

My trip to NYC hasn´t been scheduled already...., first we need to finish this project, but I think that it will be between the 20th of sept and the 30 of it.
I think I´ll write an email to my friend Brendan to see if he´s going to be there or not.. Hey Buddy, if you´re reading this.., did you manage to get the position in London?.

Well Well, have to get back to my stuff, I´ll be posting often..

Good News from the Capital (Bogota)...

Well, finally I got my USA visa...., now the trip that was a little bit cloudly to NY is getting clearer and clearer, which is very good because first of all I have always wanted to get to know NYC, second that it opens for me a lot of new oportunities.., which is very very good.

Today I was very scared at that embassy....
To begin the story, I left home at 4:30 AM and headed to the airport, got there at 5:20 AM, my fligh was with Aerorepublica at 6:20AM, it was just on time.., so I arrove here at bogota at 7:00 AM, took a taxi and arrove to the embassy at 7:30..., since then I was there, doing just and simply nothing except thinking: Am I going to get the visa ? Am I not ? Finally at 4:00 PM I had the interview which in a beginning was schduled to 11:00 AM.
It´s sad to see a lot of people crying, making their dreams go away because of a simple visa..., because they didn´t get it. I think that I would have felt very very sad right now if I didn´t that visa...., however the destiny was good with me this time, not like 4 years ago when they said "I´m sorry sir, but I cannot give you a visa today..."
In the other hand, I was very positive that I was going to get it, my passport was full of visas and stamps from the last year of my trip to Europe.., I think that helped me a lot.

Well, right now I´m on the "Diners Club VIP Waiting Room" at the "El Dorado" airport writing this while I wait for my flight at 5:50 PM which initially was scheduled for 8:20 PM, but I did manage to change it.

I need to get home ASAP because I need to continue studying for Economics Enginnering first parcial exam tomorrow.., I´m not that bad at it.., but I need to study !!

Well, that´s all for now.....
